So it was fitting that members of Virginia Tech’s program, Actively Caring for People (AC4P), shared their message Monday, Nov. 18, during the first day of Cluster VII’s Bullying Awareness Week.

Tuesday morning, Sept. 3, the first day of school in Fairfax County, Dr. Karen Garza began her official day at 6:30 a.m. at Chantilly High School. While Garza was making herself available for interviews before the first class started at 7:20 a.m., many students were already on the school bus.

Steven Bowen was named to the spring 2013 dean's list at Creighton University. Grace McKnight, a rising senior at Chantilly and a member of the Chantilly Academy Air Force Junior ROTC program, has been selected to attend the Leadership Laboratory Activity. The encampment will take place at the end of June at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.
